More than a dozen ships are coming to Philly to participate, from the 18th-century frigate replica the L’Hermione to the Gazela, a 1901 177-foot-long ship that’s been featured in multiple Hollywood films, including Interview with a Vampire.
We'll be cruising right along these historic huge, majestic gems! There'll be food, drink specials, tunes, and the best part - THE BEST VIEWS RIGHT FROM THE RIVER!
It's a parade like none other! On a summer afternoon, they approach: schooners, yachts, brigantines—even fire boats and battleships. White sails billow grandly and woodwork gleams from the docks, and things remain exciting once the vessels drop anchor.
